Kolkata Police’s figure of prosecution for not wearing mask drops as COVID-19 tally continue to surge

Even though Kolkata continues to record more than 3000 COVID-19 positive cases every day, in few places the number of people prosecuted for not wearing a mask in the month of October was at a record low.
