Terrorist killed, another surrenders during encounter in Jammu and Kashmir`s Pulwama

The surrendered terrorist was identified as Saqib Akbar Waza, a resident of Gulshanpura, Pulwama. He was pursuing B. Tech in Punjab's Patiala.
